    The Best Fitness Journal I’ve Found!
    I’ve used numerous fitness journals over the years, and this Clever Fox Fitness Journal PRO is by far the best. It truly checks all the boxes!     Best fitness tracker
    I can’t say enough about how much I like this. It’s only six months long, keep that in mind, but still a great value for the money. I love that it has the grocery shopping list in the back that tears out. It helps me keep track of all the important stuff.

    Fitness journey
    The first time I started my fitness journey I created my own little journal log. This time around I didn’t want to do that. So I got this and its awesome. I love most of the features. Some I don’t really need with how I do thing but for others I can see it being super useful. I love the color and texture of the cover. The size is perfect and I enjoy the stickers that came with it. Only thing I wish there was was a simple log for medication as I have hashimotos so if I don’t take my med daily I won’t lose weight. Other than that it’s fantastic.

    It’s a journal that you record your workouts and meal planning in. What more is there to say. If you’re into stickers, they are okay. I just threw mine away as I don’t use them.

    Most thorough tracking journal I’ve used. It has half a year’s worth of monthly/daily tracking, grocery lists, notes, and other stuff. Got more than I expected.

    set a daily reminder to use
    I was really excited to use this once I started working out but that didn’t last long. I’m glad that there are bookmarks to help remember where to log, but, the weekly meal log should be closer to the daily log not in the back. The food and beverages is not big enough to log everything consumed in a day and it throws off serving sizes by combining foods with drinks. Workout log: I make a space between each workout because it gets confusing to read. Food log: I think the recipe and grocery list may be a waste of space and could replace it with more days to track exercise and foods. Because of this, I will probably only use half of this book. I like the start, goals and monthly reviews. And the goal tracker to have visible proof on whether you are being consistent. I after 4 weeks of not logging, I now set a reminder in my phone to log.

    Perfect book!
    I love this! I recently bought another book that I was very dissapointed in because it only had 3 months of planning pages. But this book has 6 months! Finally, a book I was after. I also really love the layout and the book is much bigger then I thought, which isn’t a problem. The color is also a bonus! ♥

    This is a great planner for planning and logging workouts, nutrition, water, sleep and weight. However – if you complete a daily workout or log sleep and nutrition daily there are only enough daily pages for 4.5 months. There are 6 months worth of monthly summary and progress tracker.

    This is the first time I’ve purchased a fitness journal so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Fantastic value for money, lovely journal to keep a record of your fitness journey. Lots of incentives to keep you motivated. My only little moan is that it is only for a short period of time. If you wanted to record a longer fitness journey then you’d have to purchase another journal.
