What a great idea and gorgeous to boot
When I saw this ring and read how might help with anxiety… Well I was not convinced. Sounded like the ads that say you can lode 20# in a week without dieting. Right?Happy to say I was so wrong. I have have a lot of allergies, this ring was perfect for that. No redness or bumps. Just a very comfortable feeling. The outer band of the ring does indeed swivel and when you feel it spinning around, it really is soothing. I am not a doctor or therapist so can’t say if there real therapeutic value. I can only say, for at least, this pretty ring swivels and calms me down.The ring is sturdy.but there is no weight or pressure pain. I have arthritis in hands and fingers but this ring causes no increased pain, swelling, or pressure of the fingers and hand.The ring is true to size. I like my rings a bit looser so my regular size ,8 was just the right amount of loose. .Love this ring. Makes my hand feel pretty😃

I would say the ring is true to size. The spinning part is easy to spin but it doesnt feel too easy to the point that its constantly spinning when you move your hand. Not only is it cool and great for fidgeting but its really pretty too.

Exceeded expectations! Beautiful & fun!
So beautiful & seems well made! Hasn’t tarnished on me yet and I haven’t taken it off since getting it! Spins great and only gets a bit slower after washing hands, or something like that, until it’s dry & then it spins perfectly again! I love the subtle fading of the rainbow colors into each other & the texture of the metal almost makes it look sparkly! Have been enjoying it so much & have had so many compliments on it that I’ve already ordered a backup! There’s definitely a few more colors I’d like to get to match different outfits & would love to see some other designs in this style too (I absolutely adore the moon and stars, though)! Wonderful to fidget with absentmindedly or whenever anxious or stressed. Great price for a really beautiful and functional piece of jewelry – definitely exceeded my expectations!

great for my anxiety but continuously gets stuck while spinning, however, the rings are extremely comfortable; I even forget I’m wearing sometimes, very durable; I wear them every day, the rose gold one is more of just gold though unfortunately; meaning the color isn’t very accurate, the sizes are pretty standard. they are absolutely gorgeous though!

Beautiful fidget ring for anxiety
It’s a beautiful ring, and it spins very smoothly! I just received it so I’ll update my review soon on whether it has tarnished or not. I ordered a size 10 and it fits perfectly. So far it is helping me to not pick at my skin on my fingers, I definitely recommend it if you have anxiety or are prone to skin picking.

Pretty, and the spin, somewhat.
For some reason the smooth rings with cutouts seem to be grindy and not spin very well. We tried 4 of them and kept the one that spins beat, but it is nowhere close to as smooth and free spinning as the sanded ones and ones without cutouts. Beautiful rings, and if you don’t mind it not spinning as well this is a great price. Otherwise I would recommend trying this same brand, but in the sanded rings with or without cutouts.
