When should I consume it?

Will it make me itch?
LIT V2 contains beta-alanine, an ingredient known to cause paresthesia (or itching of the skin). This is completely normal and actually preferred by a lot of pre-workout users.
Can you add creatine?
Yes! LIT V2 contains 3g of creatine monohydrate. If you want to add more, we suggest adding 2g (for a total daily dose of 5g).

Best pre-workout money can buy
This is definitely the best pre-workout money can buy. We have used this for years and I’ve even gotten my husband to use it and he is now loyal to Lit! The flavors are so good and it is always reliable.

My First Time Taking Pre-Workout
I’ve always stayed away from supplements but I decided to give pre-workout a shot to give me that little extra push at the gym. First off, it taste great. It mixed well and there were no floaters. It’s smooth and easy to drink, kind of like kool aid.It definitely did what it’s supposed to and kept me focused (for the most part) on the workout. I could tell I was taking less breaks in between and I felt more energized, more alert. The reason I say for the most part is because it was hard to focus with all the itching! My God! That was the worst part. Just minutes after drinking it, my hands started itching, then my arms, then onto my ears, my face and then the itching just consumed my whole body, head to toe! I knew beforehand that pre workout usually caused a tingling sensation but even still, I was not prepared. If I worked upper body, I would still feel the itching in my legs and lower body, if I worked lower body, then I felt the itching in my arms again. It took a little over an hour and a half total to completely wear off. Other than that, there weren’t any other side effects.I will give this another shot. I think this time I’ll just go with a half a scoop and go from there.
