Great quality and very comfortable
These bands are a huge improvement over the rubber ones I used to use. The fabric is thick and soft against the skin so they do not pinch or pull at your legs. I have used them for squats and glute exercises and they never roll up or slide around. They stay exactly where you put them even during a long workout.The set comes with three different levels of resistance which is perfect for progress. I started with the lightest one for stretching and now I moved up to the medium one for strength training. They feel very durable and well made so I think they will last a long time without stretching out.I also like the little carry bag that comes with the set. It makes it very easy to keep the bands organized in my gym bag or take them along when I travel. These are a great value for the price if you want to work out at home.

Great Quality, Non-Slip and Perfect Resistance Levels!
These workout bands are perfect for warming up and activating my glutes before a workout. I love the inner rubbery grip. The grip and the length of the bands keep it effectively staying put from rolling or sliding down, even during intense movements. The set comes with light, medium, and heavy resistance levels, which makes it easy to switch up the difficulty depending on the exercise. I prefer these thicker bands compared to the thinner ones and I think these are more effective.My only small complaint is that they’re not washer-friendly — the care instructions recommend hand washing in cold water only, so keep that in mind for maintenance. Other than that, they’re durable, comfortable, and great for glute activation or full-body warm-ups. Highly recommend!

These bands were exactly what I needed for my new strength training workout! They stay in place with no issues and are very high quality material. The set has light, medium, and high resistance so there’s a band for any level. Highly recommend!

These exercise bands are a good alternative when you don’t have much space for a home gym. They are durable, the stretching is as expected. Stay in place, but you must consider the clothes you wear. Good size and perfect weight.
