    Good to Go
    Perfectly good journal. Has sections for tracking your different parts of the workout, including cardio, weights, the amount of time and added weight. It helps to structure your schedule and track progress. It’s also cute! It’s a decent price for the amount of pages you get. Plenty of space for extra writing. It’s also a good size for fitting into a gym bad or purse!

    Exactly what I needed to track my gym work outs. It helps to see the progress and also when changing up routines, it helps to track the dates, reps and weights. I have tracked my work outs for several years and I like the layout of this log. It definitely helps to be able to look back and previous days routine and track the progress.
