Some of my favorite protein powders of all time!
I’ve tried two of Quest’s protein powders, Cinnamon Crunch and Peanut Butter, both were phenomenal. They mix well and have a fantastic flavor. I look forward to trying Quest’s other four flavors of protein powder in the future and will update my review to cover them as well. As an aside, Quest’s Protein Chips are great as well, especially the Cheese Dorito & Cheese Nip ones.Protein Powder ratings:Cinnamon Crunch – 10/10 – This is one of my favorite protein powders of all time and the best cinnamon flavored protein powder of the three types that I’ve tried.Peanut Butter – 10/10 – I’ve tried 5 varieties of peanut butter flavored protein powders and this was my favorite! Absolutely delicious!

AMAZING ★★★★★ Cinnamon-cereal nostalgia with serious macro muscle
★★★★★ Cinnamon-cereal nostalgia with serious macro muscleIf you grew up crunching a certain cinnamon-sugar breakfast cereal (you know the one) and now track every gram of protein and carb, Quest’s Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder is the glow-up you’ve been waiting for.Why it’s an easy five starsWhat I love Real-world payoff20 g complete protein, only 2 g net carbs, < 1 g sugar per scoopAmazonKeeps my post-workout shake in keto territory without a blood-sugar spike.60 % rapid-absorbing whey isolate + 40 % slow-release micellar casein for balanced recoveryAmazonI stay satiated for hours and don’t crash between meals.Spot-on flavor—warm cinnamon, hint of toast, no artificial aftertaste I blitz it with almond milk and ice for a “protein horchata,” or stir it into overnight oats for a guilt-free dessert.Silky mixability No chalky clumps—just a quick shaker bottle whirl and it’s latte-smooth.Gluten-free, low-carb, soy-free formula Safe for my celiac roommate and fits multiple diet plans.Value canister (~24 scoops)AmazonOne tub powers nearly a month of daily shakes; Subscribe & Save knocks the price even lower.Pro tipsFor a frothy cinnamon-roll frappé, add a dash of sugar-free vanilla syrup and blend with crushed ice.Bake it—one scoop swaps flawlessly into protein muffin or pancake batter for a spicy breakfast boost.Try half-scoop coffee “creamer” for a 10 g protein latte that tastes like café de olla.Bottom line: Quest nailed the dessert-for-breakfast vibe without the sugar bomb. If you want macros that work as hard as you do—and a flavor you’ll actually crave—click “Add to Cart.” Your shaker bottle (and sweet tooth) will thank you.

Tastes just like the cereal
Blends well, makes a great shake with ice. I think it tastes just like CTC, personally (with a hint of protein powder). The cookies and cream one is also pretty good. Its a little pricey for how much is in the canisters, but the taste is why.

Not to bad
Not to bad tasting protein shake. It does de solve in milk or water. Lasts awhile. Good for the price

Mixed feelings
First couple shakes, the flavor was amazing and I loved the little chunks of cin toast crunches. It had a tendency to clump and also is a pain to clean compared to most protein powders, but it is all manageable. Then one day I caught a whiff of the smell, and it is the most god awful smell. I still have no idea how it took 4-5 shakes before I first caught wind of it. One of those smells that gets stuck in your nostrils and lives there forever. IDK if it was just mine or what, but it smells like a protein fart that was brewed for a few weeks coming straight from a swass. Other then that, it was a solid protein though.. lol. I cant finish it but I got it on a huge sale, so I dont really regret it. Also it is fun to give to my workout buddies who are too cheap to buy their own protein.

Back to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
EDIT: Back to 5 stars. It’s always been 5 stars until I removed one awhile back after what I thought was a formula change. I’m wondering if I just received a bad batch because I’ve bought this over and over since then, and it’s still my favorite. RECIPE IDEA: I like to mix this with 40 ml of water (I think maybe 1-2 tablespoons), so it’s like a thick paste or syrup — then stir it into my oatmeal with baked apples. Whatever you do with it, it’s amazing as long as you like very sweet flavors. ORIGINAL REVIEW:I’ve been buying this protein powder for many years — all flavors. Cinnamon Crunch has been my absolute favorite of any powder I’ve ever had. I reviewed it previously and gave it 5 stars, but I’m removing a star. I got my most recent order a few days ago and noticed a change in the texture and taste. I compared the ingredients listed on the old container with the new container, and they are slightly different. I’m disappointed because I liked it better before. It’s still good and I’ll order it again.

I use this as creamer in my coffee.
I just love this protein. I use it every morning in my coffee. I use about a half a scoop and blend it and it replaces creamer. Make a great “Proffe”.I do wish there were 30 grams of protein per scoop instead of 20 but the flavor is just so good I keep buying this over and over again. The calorie content is great also. You’ve got to try this.

Nice flavor
Tastes great mixed in to coffee. If you put in a little elbow grease it mixes well, otherwise prepare for some protein clumps.

It is very sweet, but I also love that when on a cut and stick to whole foods a lot. It is nice to add this into anything I eat as a snack that feels a bit like cheating. In my oatmeal, this and cashew milk.In my shakes, this and fruits, greek yogurt, so on.In my pancakes, this.I am currently eating a bowl of ice cream with this sprinkled in and swirled up until its half melted. It even has a little crunch to my ice cream that actually tastes good. Not the BEST macros. But if you are eating mostly healthy, 20g of protein in pretty much any cinnamon friendly dish is solid.I really like this powder.

Maybe it’s because it’s for the American market but this was so sweet it was unpalatable – and believe me I do have a sweet tooth 😁

QUEST protein powder is a great option for a high-protein, low-carb supplement. It mixes well with water or milk and has a smooth texture. The flavors are tasty without being too sweet, and it works well for shakes, baking, or smoothies. Plus, it’s easy to digest and keeps me full for a long time. A solid choice for anyone looking to boost their protein intake!

This was delicious and a perfect blended consistency, even with just water. It had Itty bits of cinnamon cereal in it. Loved it.
