Great to Mix Protein Powder without Globs
I use this for easily mixing protein drink powder and milk. I buy protein without sugar and add stevia and flavorings such as vanilla. I bought one a few months ago for my husband and he loved his. What is that goofy metal spring it comes with, I wondered. It helps mix powders so they don’t glob up as when I mix with a spoon in a glass. Also, if you watch your sugar, be sure you buy stevia without alcohol sugars. Some advertise the stevia is pure, but read the ingredients.

Misleading description …
I love the color and material; however, I do not like being misled or falsely advertised. The title description and product details both said 16oz, but the bottle label only says 12 oz. I purposely bought it because it said 16 oz.
