    Could be better but logging parts good.
    The journal itself for workouts is perfect. The pen is too thin for the pen holder and doesnt have a clip, so the pen is not usable if you wanna take it with you, itll just get lost. Which bummed me out cause it’s a nice pen. Also wish it had like a built in string book mark to keep your place. I’ll have to grab one of my book marks to put in it. Could be better.

    Could not find a journal that had exactly what I wanted, but this was good enough. I can keep a pen in it, which is handy at the gym

    Could be better…
    It’s ok. The notes section isn’t big enough. I converted the nutrition/supplements section to record cooldown and warmup, but it’s at the bottom of the page – I’d rather see warmup at the top and cooldown at the bottom. Body weight is a recordable line at both the top and bottom of the page (?). It has I think enough lines for movements/lifts for me… I wish the paper size was a little bigger to fit more writing room. It’s still one of the best ones I found when researching other ones, but just isn’t quite what I wanted.
