    I love this journal. I originally got a printout from my therapist and wanted to find a journal that was similar to what she gave me. It’s not too over the top where you’re spending an hour or more filling it out. It’s short and sweet questions, which I like to check in mentally and emotionally. Highly recommend

    I like this journal but it’s a bit repetitive. It would be perfect if there were weekly check-ins with unique writing prompts to keep things fresh. I had to purchase a supplemental journal for just that.
