Great low carb snackies with a crunch!
Delicious and great value! It comes in appropriate sized bag not filled with a ton of air so it seems like theres not a lot but its a solid 5 oz and fills you up fast. The bag is also nice and thick. As a recently diagnosed diabetic, I will be buying from this company. Looking forward to trying all the products they have.

A fairly healthy and flavorful high-protein/fiber snack
I am always on the lookout for high fiber/protein snacks to carry me through a long day at the office. Even just 10 years ago there simply weren’t a lot of options that weren’t mostly fat/sugar laden. Now there are tons – made from lentils, chick/peas, whey, etc. I was an early adopter of Catalina Crunch cinnamon toast cereals 6-7 years ago and was please to see them (finally) migrate to snacks. This mixture has a lot of familiar “cereal squares” minus the cinnamon. In that regard it was a little disappointing from a tactile standpoint but the rest of the mixture (mini pretzels, cashews, etc.) is nice. The ranch flavor is solid but not overpowering or annoying. You will need to have a moist paper towel nearby to regularly wipe your finger tips Lol. The ingredients are relatively “clean” too. There are no artificial sugars and only 1g of (real) sugar/serving (1/3 cup). The saturated fat is a surprisingly low at 1g/serving. My only (minor) concern is for the emulsifiers (Xantham and Guar gums). There is emerging science about they’re detriment. All in all, I will be a repeat consumer… in moderation!

Tried this snack for the first time and I will most likely be purchasing again. You get a good amount in the bag and the serving size is fair for the calories. Does not have a strong ranch flavor though so that why only rating it three stars.

These came in very handy over the holidays as everybody else was snacking, and I am trying to watch what I am eating. If I get the urge to snack, I have some of these and I know I am doing something good for my body and also killing that snacking urge.

This is normally one of my favorite keto snacks but I am very disappointed with the last bag I received. It was entirely cereal. No nuts, no pretzels… Still tastes fine but I don’t feel it’s good value at this price to get 5oz of cereal.
