Great bike, great service
This is a good, sturdy exercise bike. Unfortunately, it came with a damaged front tube that prevented completion. I contacted their customer service email, and they responded within an hour. When they found a replacement part wasn’t available right away, they offered me a $30 refund if I’d fix it myself, which I did, actually a simple fix with a hacksaw.A special shout out to Lily, for the friendly, courteous help. If you need an exercise bike, buy this one!

“Used once—-painful and unsafe experience “
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience with this product was very disappointing.After using it once for about 20 minutes, I experienced notable discomfort, including pain in the bottoms of my feet and significant discomfort in a sensitive area. Because of this, I chose not to continue using the product.As a healthcare provider, I would advise others to use caution and consider alternatives.Unfortunately, I’m unable to return it due to accidental damage during assembly. Overall, I would not purchase this again.

Cursor exercise bike
It came very well packaged, but I must say that the directions were horrible!!!!! It took me two hours to make sense of it.. finally got it together and still need to tweak seat position, handlebars… all in all I don’t think I would purchase again.. not as smooth as I thought it would be. I should have purchased the Peleton..
