Great for strength and flexibility training
I use these for strength training for martial arts kicks to increse flexibility. They are soft on the skin and easy to use. You can also use for practicing side splits.

I’m using them to strengthen my arms on my rebounder trampoline. Great cost for two and they allow me greater balance/extra support while jumping (and getting some arm exercises in)

The loops are so handy. As someone who just likes stretching for fun I like the little reminders of poses I can work to achieve. It’s also cute. Since it has loops I can just put the end through a loop around the peg under my couch and put the loop around my foot and pull back and it stretches something in my calf that I have never stretched before lol It’s also not flimsy or cheap feeling and the resistance is not too much

Cute with a decent price point
I received two identical bands. The colors are super cute and so are the silhouette figures on the band. It isn’t very well-made though the loops are attached with a single stitch across that seems a little iffy (some of the stitches arrived frayed). The elastic is definitely stretchy, it’s only been a week of use so I hope it holds up for some deeper stretching.

Sono un fan dei theraband, avendo iniziato ad usarli anni fa per la riabilitazione di una spalla lussata, ora li uso spesso per vari esercizi per vari distretti del corpo, principalmente gambe e schiena.Queste fasce della Ceiliwen arrivano in coppia, ad un prezzo competitivo.Fanno una buona resistenza e sono molto lunghe, avere gli anelli è un gran vantaggio. Sono in tessuto, non in gomma o silicone. Un difetto che peró hanno a causa del materiale usato è che si allungano meno delle fasce di silicone, e questo in alcuni esercizi può essere limitante. Comunque un buon prodotto.
