    Just what I needed
    I was looking for something to track what I was eating and certain nutritional numbers as well as daily notes on certain things my doctor wanted me to track. I bought the purple one because the color caught my eye.Normally I hate tracking what I eat (this is the third time I have tried), but I have to say I have been pleased with this food journal. It does have the ability to track more information than I need to, so I use the parts I need to and it does have room to record some specific information my doctor wants as well. I can also repurpose some areas for what i need them for.The size is also convenient. The A5 size makes it easy to drop in my purse when needed. The cover feels good to the hand as well. I love the color as it matches the picture exactly and that is what caught my eye originally.

    Nice little journal
    I love this little journal. The apps don’t work for me so writing things down is much a much better alternative for me. The layout is perfect, the cover is nice and soft, I also like having somewhere to write down measurements. Worth the 12 dollars. Only thing I don’t care for is how many pages are in it, I do feel there could be more but it’s okay for 11.99. I ordered another one so I have a backup for when I fill this one up.Paper quality is also nice. Seems durable as well and I like the purple color and the other color options. I ordered a green the 2nd time around.

    Very convenient
    I have a hard time sticking with a routine so I was not sure if I am going to keep using it if it is too complicated. But this food journal is not overloaded with things to track, so it is easy to remember and use after every meal. I had been using it for 10 days and already noticed how much healthier my food choices are.

    Quality product
    Plenty of room for food tracking, goals, notes, etc., without being overly bulky. Three months in each journal. Journals are about 3/4″ thick and of high quality construction. I have tried 2 versions of this journal with the only significant difference I can see between the two styles is the different covering (unshiny vs shiny, smooth vs patterned) and the binding (book binding vs spiral bound). I have decided that do to the fact that I sit in my recliner to make entries over sitting at a table), I prefer the spiral bound. It lays flat and the front can be folded back so only the current page is showing (e.g. right side of book open only vs both left and right showing at the same time). But they are bothe versatile and very well made. Highly recommend either style by Epewizd.

    The journal is nice but the type color used is too light, have a hard time seeing the words

    Perfect pre bariatric surgery
    In process toward getting a sleeve gastrectomy and I needed a good food log with a water tracker as well as a place to log any exercise. This journal has the perfect layout that comes with cute stickers, is easy to use, great size, and I love the color. It’s helping me stay motivated.
