This fitness and food journal is absolutely beautiful and feels very high quality right out of the box. The pink cover is soft and elegant with a subtle shimmer, and the gold lettering adds a nice touch without being flashy. I also really appreciate the elastic band—it keeps everything secure when tossing it into a bag.Inside, the layout is extremely well organized. Each daily page allows you to track workouts, multiple sets, cardio sessions, water intake, supplements, energy level, mood, sleep, and even meditation. On top of that, there’s plenty of space to log meals with macros (carbs, protein, fat, calories), which is perfect if you’re focused on both fitness and nutrition.I LOVE that it’s UNDATED, so there’s no pressure if you miss a day—you can pick right back up without wasting pages. The pages are clean, easy to read, and not overwhelming, which makes it more likely I’ll actually stick with using it long term.The included measuring tape is a thoughtful bonus and makes tracking progress beyond the scale much easier. I do wish that it was a longer tape though. The spiral binding feels sturdy, and the pages are thick enough that pen doesn’t bleed through easily.Overall, this is a very well-designed planner that balances structure with simplicity. It’s motivating without being intimidating and perfect for anyone serious about tracking their health, workouts, and nutrition. Highly recommend!
