This device has helped me so much. I’ve been using it for two months, and it has helped with my incontinence even when I have a cough! I love this device, totally worth the price.

Too big and painful for some of us
Product is well built, however for women struggling after menopause, it may be too big and painful to use. It was for me and I am now stuck with an unusable, non returnable $400 item. I wish there was a smaller red light option. It only runs with the app and that is a hassle too. The app is not great and a manual timer and on off option would be better.

I am a believer in red light therapy! Thank you for making this product! This one feels good and does what it’s supposed to do… I am able to afford it … but many women can’t and it’s not because of what it costs the company … this probably has a huge huge margin… not happy w the price because other red light therapy tools (not necessarily labeled for vagina) cost about $100 or less and it’s not a complicated technology… those cheaper ones can be used just as well to rejuvenate tissue. Price point is not good and the moment they label it for vaginal rejuvenation, they crank up the price…it seems to take advantage of the fact that menopausal women need this solution… this one should not exceed $120

Winner!! Winner!!It’s only been 2 weeks using 3 – 4 times a week and “It’s a GAME CHANGER!”. Tried out my results so far and had sex with no messy lube needed…before this device I had to have some form of lubrication. Felt increase sensation and satisfaction for him. Decrease in urinary urgency and been able to cough and hold myself together so much better than before. I’m glad that I made the purchase after buying many things before. As of today well worth the price. Consider payment plan if needed.

Stopped working after a handful of uses 🙁
Will not fully recharge and stops working after 30 seconds. No response from customer support. The app that functions as the “remote” constantly asked if I wanted to upgrade from the “free” version that comes with the $500 device. Frustrated and I guess I wasted the money! Go see a Dr. instead

They were Wonderful.My former frustration with no weekend access,was assuaged by an actual person answering the phone.After troubleshooting, they are Exchanging so will share more later.Did discover you can use water based, or organic coco oil, with v-fit Gold.No Silicone bc the device is silicone & will cause break down.Upgrading to 4 Stars bc the help was a Huge Relief but we’ll see how next one goes7.18.22~ Waited so long to find this & feel like I’ve been pranked.This App regulated device won’t connect to the app. Light is Inconsistent.When you register, this $400 device wants to upgrade another 99 bucks.As of now, ‘Joylux’ is a Hard Pass. wow…i haven’t felt this “good” since before my baby!
ok…first off, i was a little skeptical buying this but one of my girlfriends said it saved her marriage, so I wanted to give it a try. i don’t want to get too graphic, but ever since i had my baby and now in peri-menopuase, things have been different “down there” (LOL). let’s just say…i don’t run anymore and ky has become me and my husbands best friend — hopefully you get the picture. 😉 so basically, the first two days of use, i experienced some warmth, but by the 3rd treatment i was feeling tighter and like things were working more down there (if you get my drift). still early on in journey, but my husband was like…umm, did you go to the doctors?? hahaha. ANd i started a “light jog” again. so I’m giving this a big thumbs up and a THANK YOU to the doctor who invented this. i hate hormones so this is making life…ummm, enjoyable again. thanks to my gfriend for the recommendation. 🙂

Disappointed
Honestly, I am disappointed in this product. It is a hard plastic and not very comfortable. Have used it consistently and haven’t seen results. And, no I didn’t sign up for the monthly coaching. IMO, it should be effective without having to pay for monthly coach through an app. Wouldn’t buy again.
