Exactly what I was looking for!
This fitness journal was exactly what I was looking for. I love that in the beginning there is a goal setting page along with a monthly schedule. The quality is great and it’s just a really cute looking fitness journal. It’s helped me stay focused in my workouts and go back to see what weight I have used for different exercises. It’s been extremely helpful in maintaining my workout schedule! Highly recommend!

Great little notebook to track what you’re eating, your weight, your sleep, and your workout routine. It also features monthly calendar pages. My only complaint is that I wish it provided a fully year’s worth of pages. Thank you seller.

Love this journal. Use it in therapy. Its a great gauge to know how you are doing on a daily basis. I love the layout, it is easy to fill out. It doesn’t require much time and you can use it how you see fit.
