I love a good workout drink mix to add to my daily routines. The Amazon Vine Program recommended me this mix, so I ordered it right away for testing and review.This is the Creatine + Electrolytes + Multi Collagen for Women Drink Mix, by Micro Ingredients. It’s a 1.1lb (or 500g) bag of powder mix that contains 5g of creatine, 4g of electrolytes, and 2g of multi-collagen, which makes for a perfect drink blend for workout boosting and skin maintenance! It comes in “Lemon and raspberry” flavor. The bag includes a scoop, and you only need to put in two scoops into a 8-12oz glass of water to make the drink. I use a milk frother to mix the drink, resulting in a translucent white drink, with a nice lemonade-like taste to it. It’s not overly sweet, being sugar free and sweetened with stevia extract.The creatine and electrolytes are effective as a workout booster, as the creatine helps with muscle building and recovery, while the electrolytes are there to help keep you moving. The collagen is the icing on top, which helps you get healthier, smoother skin by the end of it all.The instructions suggest to drink this mix 4 times a day for the first 5 days, as a “loading” phase. From days 6 and onward, you drink it once a day, as the “maintenance” phase. I’ve personally been fine with once a day regardless. I’m not doing extreme workouts, but it’s nice to have that routine as an option in case I wanted to.For the price of $25, it’s a fair price for this kind of supplement, especially when it goes on sale. If you’re looking to get some muscle-boosting workout drink, I’d say give this one a try!

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.Especially since it only has 27 servings in it, the pouch could stand to be smaller and also have a full month supply of powder.Unfortunately, Amazon put their sticker right on the bottle’s label so I can’t read all the information there.I wonder when powder supplement manufacturers are going to realize the scoop doesn’t need a reinforced handle? The powder is light enough and the plastic strong enough that it will work with just a flat handle. That will keep powder from getting stuck in the nooks and crannies and then randomly free-falling when it’s right over something you don’t want it to free-fall on (such as my keyboard =) At least they used a rounded scoop to help the powder come out easier.If used as directed, if you start with the loading phase the pouch will last 12 days, and if you don’t need to load it will last 27 days.The expiration date on mine is Feb 2028.The powder has a scent and flavor reminiscent of raspberry lemonade. There is another taste to it as well – maybe the stevia? I need to swirl the cup between drinks to try and keep there from being a residue by the time I get to the end.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd party tested, and Made in USA. I see non-GMO on the pouch and since most of the pouch label is covered up by the sticker I looked at the product information page and also saw cGMP there.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many shady ones. Their phone number is on the pouch and their website. Their microingredients site is both functional and informative. They have a building with their name on it, and are a raw wholesale supplier; all their ingredients have USA lab test reports with free digital copies available.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I have used this company before and like them. I appreciate that they didn’t use some of the fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.It seems like a good price for creatine that also has electrolytes and collagen, it’s from an established company, and they partner with Vitamin Angels!Thank you for reading, I hope this was helpful.
