Even though I am an admitted fan of Osprey products in general, I’m extra impressed with this Duro Dyna LT running belt. It’s so lightweight that you quickly forget you’re wearing it, which is exactly what you want from a piece of running gear. My previous belt constantly shifted around, chafed, and made itself the main character of my outdoor activities. This one disappears into the background. The color and style are also nicely understated and don't interfere with the rest of my outfit.
The pouch layout is well thought out. There’s a very nice zippered pocket for items you absolutely don’t want to lose, and the other stretch pockets are easy to reach while running. I can grab or stash things without breaking stride, which is a big improvement over bulkier belts that require you to stop and fiddle with them. Osprey knows its business, and it obviously knows what runners need.
The belt also includes loops for trekking poles. I haven’t tried those yet, but it’s nice that the option exists in case I ever decide to venture into ultra-ultra-ultra-light hiking territory.
Overall, this belt is extremely comfortable, breathable, and functional. It carries the essentials without adding bulk or distraction. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Sleek and surprisingly spacious.
Love it. Sleek and holds a surprising amount of things. And truly no bounce when running as advertised.

Great fit
Love this belt, I prefer the adjustable fit over a band.

Made me want to go for a run!
I much prefer this belt over any of the armbands that I have used for running in the past. The size of the bag/pouch itself is perfect. It holds my iphone 17 pro max during runs with ease, as well as a wallet and keys if I wanted to bring those too. It’s also so lightweight and breathable for running with all of the ventilation on it (although this sometimes causes sweat/condensation on my phone in the pouch). The only “complaint” I really have is it’s a bit long on the buckle. I feel like I have a ton of extra slack, and I’m a pretty average sized guy. But as far as value and quality, Osprey is always going to be a super safe bet when it comes to any sort of outdoor activity!

Solid Versatile Running Belt
Overall this is another win from Osprey who really knows what they are doing by when it comes to backpacks, bags, anything hiking or outdoors related. The functionality is there as it has multiple pockets and loops to bring with what you need. It has a small zipper pocket that can easy fit a key and maybe a credit card or ID. There’s a big non-zip middle pocket that can fit any size phone (fits my pro max with a case on it). There’s also some removable stretch loops that you can hook anything you need on too like a towel or small water bottle. If you need to bring a few things with you when you run this should handle them all.It is comfortable to wear. There are no pinch points or pressure points that I could tell during use. The fabric is soft and stretchy so it conforms to your body nicely. It is a nice running companion as it doesn’t impact your form at all.The reasons I took off 1 star are first, I wish there was more than just 1 small zipper pocket. I prefer to have my phone zipped in if I want for protection and safety. Also, the waist strap is so long! I’m a 32 waist and I have to tighten the strap so much that it extends out past any loops and flops around or I have to figure out a way to tuck it in. There should be multiple sizes so that the strap isn’t so long.

Another great Osprey product
I have many running belts to suit different weather conditions, duration of training, etc. I also own many Osprey products and find their quality and customer service to be incredibly high and consistent – their stuff is just made to last. I’ve been using this running belt for the past 3 weeks and I’ve found that it hits all of the things I must have from a running belt: lightweight, doesn’t bounce too much, doesn’t chafe, has enough space to store my phone/keys/accessories, fits snugly, and has a secure and dependable clasp. The color wasn’t my first choice but I’ve grown to like it quite a lot. This is a dependable product and a high quality, high value belt that I’ll be using for a long time.

Slim, sleek, and lightweight
This running belt is a little big for my waste size. It does hold my phone and wallet with no problems and it keeps them snug in place without them bobbing up and down too much. It’s a nice lightweight material that doesn’t absorb too much sweat when it’s pressed again your back. The zipper stays in place and has a nice pull loop. The material stretches if you want to put more in there but I keep mine pretty minimal. I keep an extra bandaid or two in there for blisters but not much beyond the phone and wallet.

Excellent running belt! Highly recommend!
This running belt is so versatile and convenient. I am a larger person (56” hips) and this fits perfectly. The adjustable portion of the belt is about midway on me so it would fit smaller people as well as about half again as large. It has multiple pockets to organize several small items that are useful to bring along on runs such as keys, phone, goo, snack, hand sanitizer, etc. My iPhone 17 Pro fits very well in either of the main front shove it pockets. I think that a Pro Max would also fit but I do not own that phone to test it. It is easy to tell which pocket is which even when worn behind my back as there are different tabs on each shove it pouch for easy discernibility. The belt has 3 shove it pouches and 1 zippered compartment with a couple bungees that can be used for trekking poles or to hold something clipped to it via caribiner. The color is excellent, in that it goes with just about anything. The fabric is soft yet durable. The portion that clips is partially hid behind a bit of fabric, which makes the belt look nicer. I have two backpacks from this brand and they are so well made and durable and this belt is no different. It stays in place very well when running and it really seems like they thought of it all to make one of the best running belts that I have ever tried.

Good fit, nice size. Would have liked main pocket to have had a zip fastening but overall certainly does what I wanted it for.
