Great addition to my self-care routine.
This is my first time using these kinds of massage balls. I ordered them primarily for some extreme sciatic pain I’ve been experiencing lately.In the past I’ve used balled up socks, but they don’t give quite enough pressure when laying on my mattress, and when I tried to lay on the floor and do that I probably wasn’t able to get back up easily, lol.Originally I had planned on getting some tennis balls, but I have heard about these, saw them come across my vine voices ordering page and decided to give them a try.I have so much tension and so many knots in my lower back & hip, they were quite painful to use.I gave both a try and they are definitely stiff enough to work into those knots. I think I need to build up my tolerance slowly, however.Tonight I’m going to wrap one in a sock and see if that doesn’t soften it up a bit on those tight knots.I did feel quite a modicum of relief on that right side sciatic nerve after using these only a minute or two, each.The size is perfect, they are heavy and do not compress like a tennis ball or a pair of wadded up socks. The peanut ball cradled my spine perfectly. It was a little challenging to get it to lineup equally on both sides of my spine, but when I got it and just the right spot, it was painful, but softened up a lot of those knots. I do have a bulging disc in the middle of my spine I have to be very careful around. I think this could be therapeutic for that however. Having lost so much weight in the last few months, my back is going through all kinds of changes. I thought it would get better instead of worse, but I think all the muscles are reigning. Excited to see what the future holds when everything gets “lined up”.Eventually I want to get some chiropractic, but I want to see how far I can get on my own before I use all of my insurance visits up.I imagine these will last a lifetime, (if I can keep my dogs away from them, lol).I’ll be sharing them with all my guests as well.I’m gonna call this a worthy investment, as at the time of my order these were listed for $21.99. I may order another set as a gift for a friend with back issues if they help her when she comes for a visit.

Single and Peanut Style Massage Balls in Bright Colors and Textured Surfaces
These massage balls were recommended from my chiropractor. I have tight muscles in my neck and it causes headaches. These balls need to be used on a smooth firm surface. The peanut ball is more stable than the single ball, but both do well when rolled against my neck. These can be used on other areas of the body as well. The colors are bright and easy to see making them easy to find when I need them. They are a good weight and feel well made. Easy to clean and portable if you would like to travel with them.

Firm and well made, but pricey
These massage balls are really firm and feel well made. The price is a little on the higher side, but the quality doesn’t feel cheap at all. I love using the single spiky ball under my feet when I’m relaxing—it releases tension you don’t even realize you’re holding AND I don’t have to wait for my husband to give me a foot massage haha!The only downside is that the spiky ball picks up any little hair or dust from the floor, so you’ll want to use it on a clean surface. The peanut roller is nice for your legs or neck, but some people might find it a bit tricky to get into the right positions to actually hit the spots they want.Overall, it’s a solid set if you’re looking for something firm and effective for quick tension relief.

I recently ordered this Peanut & Spiky Massage Ball Set, Double Lacrosse Peanut Roller + Firm Spiky Ball for Deep Tissue Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Plantar Fasciitis & Muscle Recovery (Blue+Yellow) and it came as expected. The product is of good quality and provides pain relief for a bit as it helps open the muscles. Very functional and a good size to travel with ease as well.

Helps with deep tissue massage
I picked these up thinking they would be useful to have around because, as a forty-something, I get random aches and pains that benefit from a deep massage. I was not expecting a miracle, but I was genuinely shocked by how well these work (plus they are easy to use). They are very dense and firm, and the round ball fits perfectly in my hand, making it easy to roll into tight muscles.Some areas are a bit challenging to reach on my own, but overall I am extremely happy with these and honestly wish I had bought something like this years ago. I have already noticed a reduction in pain from using them.The dumbbell-shaped one is great for the neck, though I recommend placing a towel between your hair and the ball because it can tug. The spiky ball also worked wonders on my temples during a migraine, but again, definitely place a cloth between your skin and the ball to avoid hair pulling.Overall, very effective and worth every penny.

Great Value and Surprisingly Effective Relief
The Zhazhashi Peanut & Spiky Massage Ball Set is a great value for the price and has already become a regular part of my recovery routine. The spiky ball, in particular, impressed me – it offers more grip than a standard lacrosse ball, which makes it less likely to slide out from under you while working on tight muscles. That extra traction gives you a lot more control as you shift your weight around.The peanut roller is excellent for neck and back work, but I found it especially helpful for easing some ankle tendon pain. Placing my ankle between the two connected balls and rolling it gently provided really effective pressure, and the center groove supported my ankle perfectly.Both pieces are compact and easy to toss in a gym bag, making them great for on-the-go warmups or cooldowns. Simple, effective, and well worth it.
