Affordable and well priced smart ring!
I have been wanting one of these for so long! To be able to see SO much data is incredible! I have been worried about my sleeping, getting steps in, my heart rate, takes my oxygen and more! I LOVE how it looks like beautiful jewelry! I only have to charge it about every 4 days which is great! Comfortable, excellent value, true to size and so far very durable! It was so easy to download the app and connect to my device!

This RQZ Smart Ring comes in 2 different color options – Gold and Silver and many different size options. I chose the Silver Color in a Size 10.I want to start off by saying the I absolutely LOVE this ring. I’ve wanted the more expensive name brand ring sold at the Big Box electronics retailers for several years, but I just couldn’t justify spending that amount of money and then having to keep up with a monthly subscription cost on top of that.So, when I saw this more affordable smart ring that didn’t require a monthly subscription fee, I wanted to give it a try and I am NOT disappointed! It’s very comparable in size, weight, look, feel, and features of the name brand smart ring.This smart ring is a lightweight fitness tracker that monitors heart rate, steps, calories, and distance throughout the day. It also includes an automatic sleep tracker that provides clear insights into sleep cycles and overall rest quality.The ring supports vibration alerts for calls, alarms, and reminders, and it offers dedicated activity modes for walking, running, and cycling. Its 5ATM waterproof rating makes it suitable for swimming, showering, and daily wear without worry.I’ve been wearing mine daily for 3 weeks now, and I was initially worried that the outer finish may get scratched up because I work with my hands daily. However, I have done everything from working, to gardening, dishes, and much more and this ring still looks just a new as it did on day 1. I don’t remove it when I wash my hands and I’ve had zero problems. It holds up very well, to both water and sweat.It connects to both iOS and Android devices and does not require a subscription for core app features. The ring is designed for all day comfort, and the brand recommends using the sizing kit or size chart to ensure the best fit before purchasing.It comes in a nice magnetic charging case with a usb-c charging cable. The battery lasts a very long time. I simply place it on the charger when I take a shower and by the time I’m finished, the battery is fully charged for continuous wear.Overall, this is a comfortable and capable smart ring with reliable tracking features, strong water resistance, and easy phone compatibility.It’s a great value for the quality, all the features, and the non-subscription based detailed health app.

Skeptical At First, But the Ring Won Me Over!
I own two health/fitness watches that I find to be reliable monitors of my well-being. I was skeptical about smart rings, but the RQZ Smart Ring removed all of my doubts. After fully charging the ring, I loaded the app on my phone and tracking immediately began. The ring tracks my steps, heartrate, blood oxygen level, and body temperature consistent with my watches. There is a separate dashboard for sleep, which is the crown jewel of the ring. My watches do a better job of tracking my health and fitness, but the ring outshines the watches when it comes to sleep tracking and analysis – this feature make the ring a 4-star pick. It analyzes my sleep patterns, awake times and levels of sleep – alpha, beta and REM. It also gives me some insight into potential sleep disturbances that adversely affects my nightly sojourn, The ring is sleek and stylish – kind of looks like my platinum wedding ring. The watch can be synched with your phone to receive notifications and messages if you so desire – I did not. The ring has a 5ATM waterproof rating, so washing your hands or even swimming is no problem while wearing the ring. The ring comes with it’s own charging pod that connects via USB C to a computer or charging block. You really will not need to charge often since I am on my tenth day of use and still have nearly 80% of battery life left. The only complaint I have is I wish the glucose monitoring option was available, but it is still a worthy health/fitness monitoring device. If you want a reliable, informative and stylish health/fitness device, get this ring – it is a winner!

Smart Ring Tracks Sleep and Fitness!
I had a smart watch but it didn’t accurately track my sleep so I got this Smart Ring by RQZ and I’m so happy with this ring! The ring is beautiful and fits my fingers great! When it’s cold I wear it on my pointer finger and when it’s warm and my fingers are more swollen I wear it on my middle finger. I have found the tracking results to be accurate when wearing the ring on either finger.The ring comes packaged securely with a charging box and cord included. Upon receipt it was charged but not to 100% so I immediately charged the ring and was able to start using that night. Using the QR code included in the packaging I was able to download the free app which allows for data tracking.The AISO RING app is easy to navigate and after inputting my personal info I checked my temperature and my heart rate. Amazing! I wore it to bed and the next morning I was able to see my sleep info and also a total profile that sums up daily activities and sleep.I am so very impressed with this Smart Ring and the price is amazing for such a good quality product. It’s easy to charge and sync to the app and it’s wonderful that the app is free of charge with no monthly fees for tracking. I highly recommend this Smart Ring for anyone wanting to track their sleep and fitness activity.
