I use it when outside in garden. Phone never falls out of sleeve. Fits my arm and Samsung perfectly. No more need for pockets!!😊

Unfit for a workout
There’s no chance this armband could secure an Iphone through a workout. The pouch is too shallow, and the armband itself is not constructed of an elastic material, so there’s no adjustment to fit your arm.

I measured my arm and got the size recommended, but they are still a touch small. Because of that, they aren’t overly comfortable. More importantly, once it is on your arm, it is a PAIN to try and get it off to check my phone, change the song, etc.

This band is easy to use and holds the phone just fine. It’s simple design allows easy placement on your arm. It’s not meant for arms that might be a little larger, if you are a size medium woman, this is a great fit. It’s not waterproof or sweat-proof.

Size runns small but very soft
It was super soft but was still too small for my arm. I gave it to a coworkers wife with a much smaller arm and she loves it. She weights around 125. I am closer to 325. Sorry don’t have a measuring tape near by to give exact measurement.
