Comfortable with no bounce
Great product. No bounce!!! I am a runner who as used other products to hold my phone and keys while running only to find that my phone and keys bounced continuously during my runs. I was skeptical with this product, but I took a chance. I am the glad I did. This belt is great. You cannot feel that you are wearing it. So ,no bounce and phone is secure.

Great belt, recommended.
Great belt, I use it for running, excellent zippers, starched pockets, bit big enough for a phone & gels and some extra if needed. That’s the second time I purchased that belt exactly.

Use it every day.
This is the 5th one I’ve purchased over 8 yrs. This is the first dual pocket. I listen to books all day on my phone so carrying it around comfortably is essential. I like the dual pockets for when I’m walking my dog and I want to take keys etc. I don’t have to worry about them falling out if I need to take out my phone. They are very durable and the only reason I get a new one is that eventually the elastic gets pretty loose wearing everyday and wearing over various types of clothes.

This would NOT fit 29 inch waist, but fantastic quality, as usual
This is fantastic quality, as per usual. I’ve had multiple of these, but I didn’t realize it said a 29 inch waist to begin with, and then, on top of that, it’s way too big for my 28” waist, so I have a hard time believing it’ll fit a 29” waist. The band is much thicker and bulkier than my original spibelts, and even when I put my phone in it, it didn’t help tighten the band at all. It’s also weird because if your phone is sitting directly on your lower back, which is how I usually like it so there’s balance, that puts the other pocket wrapping around your side in an odd manner. I guess if your phone was on your right side and the other pocket was on your left it might balance out, but your phone is flat, so it would not curve around your hip. Anyway, I wish they would make one a little smaller since a lot of fit people have pretty small waist, but I gave it stars for quality.

Distance running need!
Love spie belts for running always, when I needed to get my husband one I decided to get this 2 pocket one. It allows me to keep my phone in 1 pocket and airpod case and keys in another. My friend uses the 2nd pocket for energy gels on distance runs! The pockets expand inexplicably large and are so convenient.

Okay, but doesn’t hold much.
Got this for my race so I can attach the bibs and it was great for that but it gets too bulky if you’re packing gels for a half or longer (plus your phone and keys).

Bounce-Free Mastery: The SPIbelt Dual Pocket Pro Is the Running Belt Refined Minds Choose
In my mid-twenties I’ve endured far too many running belts that promise minimalism but deliver constant distraction—FlipBelts that slide down mid-stride Nathan packs that bounce like they’re auditioning for a drum solo and generic Amazon options that chafe or fail to secure anything larger than a credit card. Most feel designed by committee rather than actual runners. After meticulous comparison I selected the SPIbelt Dual Pocket Pro and it’s the first belt that genuinely disappears during a run while carrying everything I need. The engineering is understated elegance. Two expandable pockets—one large enough for my iPhone Pro Max with case and another for keys gels and cards—stretch without sagging and the weather-resistant fabric keeps contents dry even in drizzle. The adjustable waist strap locks securely from 25 to 40 inches with no slippage and the low-profile design sits flat under or over clothing eliminating the bulk that plagues wider belts.Last month I was prepping for a trail marathon with a gear-heavy 20-miler including phone navigation fuel and emergency layers. My previous belt turned the outing into a chore—constant adjustments pockets shifting contents rattling and eventual chafing that forced an early stop. Switched to the Dual Pocket Pro and it transformed the run. Everything stayed locked in place no bounce no noise allowing pure focus on pace and terrain. I negative-split the back half finished strong and even added hill repeats because the comfort let me push further without gear fatigue. What truly distinguishes this from competitors is the zero-bounce stability combined with thoughtful capacity. FlipBelts require awkward tube-loading and often migrate Nathan models add unnecessary weight with rigid bottles and cheaper alternatives stretch out after a few uses losing tension. The SPIbelt’s elastic pockets expand precisely then retract keeping items snug while the wider strap distributes pressure evenly for hours-long comfort.I’ve logged over 200 miles with it through machine washes and varied conditions with zero wear on the elastic or fading of the black fabric. For runners who refuse to settle for mediocre gear management this is the benchmark. It’s not the loudest marketed option but it’s the most refined and effective. Essential upgrade.

Very useful and enough capacity for essentials.

I own several SPIbelts, using them to carry those bits and bobs I’ve been told I must carry when I run solo. The previous belts were already stable, with no bounce, but the increased width of the waist band makes it even comfier. Fits my phone and much more no problem, for those longer runs. Second pocket is larger than the original dual pocket version. Fits comfortably and unobtrusively under my T-shirt.

The pocket that holds the phone is a fine, stretchy mesh that will hold even the largest phone. I have a pixel 9 pro xl and when running, the belt holds the phone securely with no movement or any concern of the phone dropping out.

I bought one and it was constantly loosening as I ran. Didn’t make sense with all the positive user reviews online. Eventually, I noticed it was manufactured wrong (belt wasn’t correctly threaded through one of the adjustment loops.I exchanged it for a new one (ie. returned it on Amazon and bought a new one) and the new one is fantastic. Love the 2 pockets for gels, phone, lip chap. Still hate running though.

Went from a single pocket spibelt to this dual pocket unit. Kept cash and cards in one pocket on recent travels, with keys, etc in the other. Loved how the belt was also discrete and comfortable to wear under sport shirts with pocketless shorts during excursions.
