Effective vest, adjustable weight, no phone band
This weighted vest fits the curves of a woman’s body.It is easy to put on and adjust the straps on the side by the waist and also in the chest and abdomen are. The shoulder area is lightly padded.There are 6 pockets in the front and 6 in the back to put in the weights. The weights are filled with steel shot at 1 pound each. The bags also have a loop that makes it easy to remove from the velcro pockets.It is easier to adjust the weights before putting on the vest.There is no arm phone band as advertised in the descriptions.I have walked with this vest and also have done focused exercise moves while wearing this. There has been no chafing or discomfort.I definitely feel my workout is more challenging.There is a slight odor when I opened this vest. Airing it out a day solved the smell.The vest is washable after the weights are removed.Overall, this is a good product for the value.

Excellent quality weighted vest. This vest is made using quality components and seems like it will be durable enough to last for several years of workout abuse. The weights are balanced and compact enough so that the vest doesn’t shift all around while exercising. It is comfortable and easy to adjust for different sizes and shapes of body types. Definitely a great value. Extremely versatile and can be used for a wide variety of workouts.

Much better than some others!
I got this for my wife, she likes how it fits. So we have had 2 other vests and they just didn’t fit well. They sagged and wouldn’t sit right caused her back pain and other things. This vest is perfect in terms of the weight you can put on it, super light or a little heavy. It’s not overwhelming. The fact it’s not sagging or slipping is a huge plus. Overall this is great, much better than others.

Great weight vest
These are super comfortable and is adjustable. I have been using this at full weight for daily walks around my neighborhood and this has worked great since I am not in my plate carrier scaring kids and neighbors. IT is only usable upto 12lbs with included weights but it is plenty for quick jogs or runs without causing too much joint strain for my knees and ankles. For those wanting a heavier vest, I would suggest a plate carrier type but you will definitely be sacrificing joint safety for any strenuous activity. All in all, these are a great option for the money, it has the metal ball fill which in my opinion are better than sand or other material I have seen before, is adjustable after putting on to get it just right, has about 5 clip buckles for that, and is comfortable to wear.
