3 Sizes = Big Difference
This was a great purchase. I get a lot of tightness in my infraspinatus which can be worked out a bit via massage if I hit just the right spot. This can be difficult with only one size of ball, and often requires assistance from a massage therapist. I’ve found that having multiple sizes in this really helps me dig in there, especially with the 2 larger sizes. This will save a lot of money on massage therapy. The balls have a good firmness, good grip against the wall so they’re less likely to slip out and fall, and they’ve really helped me ease pain from my tight infraspinatus. Works really well if you’re looking for the ability to release your own tight muscles multiple times a week without having to spend a bunch of money having somebody else do it.

These are really good for the hard to reach spots between the shoulders. I found that using them against a wall works best for me! Your hair will get wrapped/stuck to them if you have long hair. Good trigger point pain relief! Multiple sizes, can use right out of the box. The bag is nice to keep them together. Great value.

This massage ball set works really well for muscle recovery and trigger point relief. The different sizes and firmness levels make it easy to target sore spots in the back, neck, and legs. They’re durable, easy to use, and great for stretching, yoga, or physical therapy at home. Very functional and a must have for relieving tension and tight muscles.

I gotta say, that once I received this item, I found this to be a great surprise. I wasn’t sure what I was going to be receiving exactly, so when I opened up the package, I immediately went to film what I had received in the box. So feel free to look at my attached, silent video, just to get it look at what these are, in case you’re as confused as I was about what this is for. or what it looks like.Why am I happily surprised at what I’ve received? Well, for a USD price of 8.99 I think this is a great value for what you’re getting. Inside is a small carrying pouch with a drawstring that they include in this set, where you receive three smaller sized massage balls.As you will see, the largest massage ball appears first in my video. It is pretty firm (and it indeed is not a squeeze ball to use in your hand, per se). Instead, I could see using a ball of this size for any kind of minor hip or glute pain, or for any minor back pain. How do? I tried this out by laying on a yoga mat, placing this ball under my pain point and applying decent pressure for a few minutes until I was ready to stop. Very effective!You’ll also see in my video that there is a medium size ball, and a small size ball. I do think that these must be for facial massage, as indicated in the listing. So I gave this a try on my forehead and around my temples, and in my sinus areas (cheekbones region). And let me tell you, it really did stimulate some good blood flow to areas where I feel inflammation or tension, and in areas where I am prone to get tension built up that later can cause a headache. So these massage balls should definitely help you with with the pain you get when you have a headache, or to massage parts of your temples or face, in order to prevent getting a headache in the first place.Last, but not least, I tried the largest ball on the arch and ball of my foot, while rolling it on the floor, underneath my foot. I found the large ball to be the most effective size for this purpose. I have to say, it was a pleasant surprise for how easy it was to give myself a quick foot massage, with that largest size ball in this set. So for those of you who have jobs where you have work breaks, and where you might experience some foot fatigue or foot pain, I would recommend purchasing this set. You could pop the drawstring bag into a purse, or tote bag, or backpack, and take it to your workplace. During your work break, you could give yourself a nice, quick, relaxing foot (or face/head) massage before you go back to work again.Overall, I am remarkably surprised at how much I like this massage ball set. I wasn’t expecting much, and now that I’ve received the item, I must say that I’m getting a lot out of this little set, valued at a great price. For those of you looking for an inexpensive way to get some quick relief, from muscle strain or muscle pain, this is a great set to consider. You can take it on the go, you don’t have to spend a lot of money, and you can actually find some good results after minutes of use. I highly recommend these!

They are pretty firm or dense but as they are silicone, they have a bit of give to them so that they are not too hard and they are quite durable as well.The various sizes allow for choosing whichever one might suite the task better for a given area that you are working on at the time. Being silicone, they can tend to pickup debris but they are easy to clean.They are easy to use, it’s a ball after all, and it works very well. They have been a much better option compared to the racquetball I had been using prior. As an example, I place the largest one on a table or desk and roll it across the underside of my forearm. This provides relief to the targeted area.
