    Solid Starter Journal for Mindfulness
    This is a solid starting place for someone who wants to kickoff writing in a mindfulness journal. It could be used alongside therapy but doesn’t have quite the structure needed to be a truly guided experience all on its own. Paper is decently thick and the template repeats throughout spare a few monthly review spreads. Overall, it’s not the best therapy / mindfulness journal I’ve come across if I’m being comply honestly. However, it’s a pretty journal that is quite sturdy and if the template matches your daily journaling needs then I think this is a worthwhile investment for your daily journaling needs.

    I love this therapy journal. Its simple and helps me write out my feelings so i get my thoughts and emotions of my chest. Definitely wotth the price. Will be ordering more:)

    I’m writing about the pine green option. This is an absolute must-own for those of us needing self care. It’s a well designed journal that will help you take stock of your life. It’s helped me focus on what’s truly important and I’m using the tools in the book to improve.There’s just the right amount of space in each section to complete it without feeling overwhelming.
