I use this on my daily walks (3 to 4 miles). The water bottles are on the small side but adequate for a 3 mile walk. They are not adequate for a long run. The bottle straps hold the bottles securely in place while moving. It has a good quality, wide belt with easy to use click type buckle. The center pouch has three compartments that I use for phone and ID. While I use Bluetooth ear buds, there is a pass-through hole if you are using wired earbuds. It would be great to have larger water bottles but they are adequate for my needs.

I like this belt. It's an upgrade for me. I live in the east coast so heat/humidity sucks. I usually prefer not running with water but these hot days lately calls for this. I need this just incase and I didn't want to carry a bottle in my hand anymore. Just juggling it during my run.

So far on 3 separate 10 mile runs. Here's my review.

It's big. The buckle is twice the size of my old belt. Almost 2 inches. Then again this is a big boy heavy duty belt. My old running belt was 1 inch buckle.

It's heavier. Especially with two bottles and a set of keys and my samsung ultra s24 phone with case which fits!! Love that!

Slight bouncy on my run even when I tighten it 3 different runs.

Has 2 pockets one within the other that closes with a zip. Maybe best for flat items like cards or cash.

It is comfortable but like I said a bit heavier than my old belt which I can wear and then tuck in my shorts so it doesn't bounce. That one has two 3 separate pockets total. One for cash, keys and phone.

The grip works but I get sweaty during my runs so maybe not so much in my case.

The water bottles has two bungee cords lock down from preventing ant flying bottles during a run.

Has reflective details on those cords and on the side of the pockets.

There's two bungee type cords that has clips to it. I'm not sure what it's for. Initially thinking it's for keys but I carry a key organizer tile set so I'm not trusting that. Might lose it during a run.

    Neoprene is good quality.

The two bottles cobine equals less than a 16oz bottle.

This does add some weight to your run.

    What I would change…..

A separate pocket for keys. Yesterday during my run I felt my keys digging into my back. I actually have a mark. Because the belt bounce.

The water bottles are facing up. I think it would be cool if it was made with a slight tilt. Im fairly fit. Been told I resemble one punch man. Its an anime that I don't watch but I understood the reference. Even though the bottle tops are made tilted out. It sometimes dig into my sides. So I turn the belt around. Buckle faces out but phone digs in my back. This is actually a bit more bouncy. I can't tuck this in my shorts because of the size. With the pocket facing out I can feel the bottles sometimes during my stride. Still bouncy….Just less.

I'm still keeping it because I can always use this on those extremely humid days. I'm just pointing out things I would change.

All this from a person who isn't a runner. Just like be active!

    Good, but not much water

I got this for my wife, who likes to hike. She loves that the pouch fits her phone and has some separators inside, to separate her phone from her keys. The bottles are only enough water for a short hike, like maybe 30 minutes. She says if she does a bigger hike, she'll still need to carry a bigger water bottle, which bums me out.

It would be nice if it had a tether inside to attach keys to, like a lot of packs do. My wife lost a key already, because she was pulling out her phone and didn't know the key popped out. Although, there are three dividers inside the main pouch, so you can probably mitigate this sort of thing by putting different things in different dividers.

This is a really nice water sys. I like the fact that the bands are partial elastic and that it has rubber grippers to help keep it on your waist.
The zip pocket is only big enough for a phone and one key. You may be able to fit a super slim Wallet in it as well. Specifically a front pocket wallet with only a few cards.
It’s easy to get the bottles in and out as you walk or jog.
If I had to point out a con… I would say that I wished it had just a little more room in the pocket.

    Mostly snug, firm fit

The hardest part of these running fanny packs is finding one that fits firm and snug, even on steep downhills when it's being jostled around. This one has a wide, sturdy belt. If I had a complaint, it would be that the belt is a bit too firm and thus rides up a bit. But it doesn't fall down, and it doesn't particularly rub, which are both big benefits.

The pouch itself is pretty small but big enough for my small(ish) phone. I found I can carry my single car key on one of the two daisy chains hanging from the sides of the bag (I use the clip provided but also tie a knot for extra security).

Would have been a 5-star review but the threading on both water bottles was screwy, and one of them is unusable. It's hardly worth returning as I have a ton of those bottles already, but it would have been nice to get what I paid for.

This belt is perfect for running! I like this better than a vest, its not in the way, it's non-slip, doesn't move at all when I'm on my runs. It fits my phone and keys in the zipper compartment and the water bottles are a great size for a 5-10k run.
    Would highly recommend!
